BOUILLON DES MORTS
1 1.89L container of V8
1 ½ containers of V8-full of water (3.78L)
2 cubes of beef/chicken bouillon
5 Tbsp chicken stock
4-5 bay leaves
2 stalks celery & 2 carrots (optional)
Salt & pepper
Parsley (optional)
Boil V8 and water.
Add the rest of the ingredients, stir.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Remove celery, carrots, and bay leaves, if using.
Serve.
(Can be frozen for future use).
