CORNED BEEF HASH

1 Tbsp margarine

1 large onion, diced

½ cabbage, chopped

1 can corned beef

½ bag frozen shoestring-cut French fries

Salt and pepper to taste

Heat oven and bake fries as per directions on the bag, while you prepare the rest of the hash.

Heat margarine in large skillet and fry onions till soft. Add chopped cabbage and sprinkle with a bit of salt, stir for a few minutes. Reduce heat and cook covered for about 5 minutes.

Remove cover and continue cooking until cabbage is soft. Break up corned beef into small bits, add to skillet and heat through.

When fries are cooked, add to skillet, stir, and season well.
