1 box frozen meatballs

1 jar honey-garlic sauce

1 bag mixed frozen vegetables, preferably Asian-style

Dash pepper

1 tsp hot red pepper flakes

Heat a spoonful of vegetable oil in a large frying pan over med-high heat.

Add frozen meatballs. Stir often until browned, about 4 minutes.

Pour in honey-garlic sauce. Stir to evenly coat meatballs.

Reduce heat to med-low. Stir frequently until meatballs are richly glazed, about 5 minutes.

Add vegetables, pepper, and hot pepper flakes.

Increase heat to high and stir constantly until vegetables are hot, about 3-5 minutes.

Spoon over wide egg noodles (fettuccine) or rice.

Serves 4.
