HUMMUS

Makes about 2 cups

1 (15oz) can chickpeas, drained

2 Tbsp tahini paste (heaping)

Juice of 1 lemon

3 cloves garlic

1 tsp paprika

Salt & pepper

Olive oil

Combine chickpeas through paprika in food processor/blender. Blend to desired consistency, adding water if necessary.

Season with salt & pepper, serve drizzled with olive oil.

Store in airtight container in fridge.
