KRUMPLIPAPRIKÀS
6-7 large potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 tbsp olive oil
2 onions, diced
3 cloves garlic, chopped fine
1 ½ tsp caraway seeds
Paprika
4-5 csabai sausages, cut in rounds
In a large pot, heat oil and fry onions till softened.
Add garlic, caraway seeds, paprika; mix in a little bit of water.
Add potatoes and enough water to just cover them.
Cover and cook on med-low heat until the potatoes are half done.
Add sausages, cover and continue cooking on low heat until the potatoes are tender.
There is no need to stir while cooking but if you feel the urge to stir, do so gently so as not to break up the potatoes.
