MEXICALI CORN
4 cups frozen corn
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 onion, diced
1 cup hot salsa
9 weiners (all beef), cut in diagonal rounds
Cook corn in boiling salted water.
In a large saucepan, heat oil and fry onion until soft.
Add salsa and weiners, heat through.
When the corn is cooked, drain and add to ingredients in saucepan.
