200g Victory malt, crushed

50g Tettnang hop pellets

50g Saaz hop pellets

1 pack Wyeast Bavarian 2206 yeast

Steep the crushed malt grains for 15 minutes. Add to boiling wort.

Flavouring hops: Saaz hops, 30 minutes into the boil.

Aromatic hops: remaining, dry hopped.

Original gravity (OG): 1.036

1st siphon: Jan. 23, 2011

Bottling date: Feb. 5, 2011

Final gravity (FG): 1.012

Percentage ABV: (OG-FG)/7.46 * 1000: 3.7%
