2 Tbsp olive oil

3 onions, quartered and sliced thin

pasta sauce with tomatoes and garlic

handful of bay scallops

handful of shrimp

anchovy fillets

black olives

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Heat olive oil on medium heat and cook onions, covered, for about 25 minutes. Stir occasionally. Set aside to cool.

Spread the pasta sauce on pizza dough and dot with the onions.

In the same pan used for cooking onions, cook scallops and shrimp. Disperse on top of pizza.

Decorate with anchovies and olives.

Bake for about 15 minutes.
