ROSEMARY-CINNAMON SYRUP

ROSEMARY-CINNAMON SYRUP

Makes 1 cup

1 cup water

1 cup sugar

1-2 rosemary sprigs

1-2 cinnamon sticks

Boil the water with the rosemary & cinnamon, and keep on a rolling boil for 10-15 minutes.

Strain out the aromatics and return to stove.

Lower heat to med-low, add sugar, and stir until dissolved.

Cool and store (should fit nicely in a small mason jar).

Recommended drink:

2 oz bourbon

ΒΌ oz syrup

Stir together until incorporated, add ice.
