Fusilli noodles

1 bunch broccoli, chopped

1 Tbsp peanut oil

1 tsp sesame oil

Inside round steaks, thinly sliced

3 cloves garlic, crushed

2 Tbsp sesame seeds

Dash soya sauce

Mild sweet chili sauce

Hot pepper sauce (“Memories of Thailand”)

Heat oils in wok.

Stir-fry beef in batches, set aside.

Put broccoli in a bowl, in the sink. Cook noodles till al dente and drain in colander over broccoli. Leave broccoli to sit in the bowl of boiling water until ready to use, then drain.

When all the beef has been cooked, stir-fry sesame seeds and garlic for about 1 minute.

Return beef to wok, add noodles, broccoli, and sauces, and heat through.
