1½ lb. lean ground beef

1 box water chestnuts

¾ cup fine dry bread crumbs

⅔ cup evaporated milk

¼ cup soya sauce

¼ cup green onions, diced

1 egg

2 tsp chicken or beef bouillon

1 clove garlic, crushed

Mix all ingredients gently but thoroughly in a large bowl.

Divide the mixture among 12 large muffin cups.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in an oven at 350F.

Remove from muffin cups, serve honey garlic sauce.

Honey Garlic sauce:

Mix ⅓ cup ketchup, ⅓ cup honey, 2 tsp soya sauce, and ½ tsp garlic powder in a small pan or pot. Cook on low, until sauce is hot and begins to bubble.
