TERIYAKI BBQ PORK CHOPS

½ cup soya sauce

1 clove garlic, crushed

1 tsp ground ginger

2 Tbsp each brown sugar, lemon juice, and salad oil

1 Tbsp instant minced onion

Dash hot sauce

Combine ingredients. Pour over pork chops, cover, and marinate for 6 hours. You can also leave it overnight in the refrigerator.

Barbecue on an outside grill or grill indoors until done.

To be honest, the above measurements don’t make enough marinade for the number of chops we are used to. Double or triple, as needed.

When I’m in a festive mood, I also add a dash of vodka.
