TOMATO & BOCCONCINI PIZZA
Pizza dough, prepared
Olive oil
2 cups meat sauce
Bocconcini, sliced
6 cherry tomatoes, quartered
Grated parmesan
Fresh basil leaves, cut into strips
Salt & pepper
Preheat oven to 220°C.
Prepare pizza dough as per instructions (if necessary).
Rub olive oil into pizza dough.
Spread meat sauce on pizza, then distribute bocconcini and cherry tomatoes.
Sprinkle with grated parmesan, add salt & pepper to taste.
Bake until crust is lightly golden.
Sprinkle with freshly-chopped parsley.
