2kg wheat DME

1kg Golden Light DME

0.454kg Munich grain (crushed)

75g Tettnang hops (5.7% AA)

25g dried orange peel

Wyeast 3942 Belgian Wheat yeast

Steep the crushed malt for 30 minutes. Sparge into pot with DMEs, fill to three gallons.

Bring to rolling boil for one hour.

Bittering hops: 25g at the beginning of the boil

Tasting hops: 50g with 10 minutes remaining in the boil.

Add orange peel to wort with five minutes left in boil.

Filter everything out of wort when adding to primary.

Original gravity (OG): 1.034

1st siphon: 19 Oct, 2013

Bottling date: 24 Nov, 2013

Final gravity (FG): 1.012

Percentage ABV: (OG-FG)/7.46 * 1000: 3.5%
